Too Cute to Resist... Right?!

Are these outfits not the cutest thing you have ever seen?

I love everything Mud Pie makes!

Back a few months ago I bought some very CUTE Christmas Mud Pie outfits on sale!
Yes I know... we have yet to get a little one on the ground yet but a girl can dream and put a few things away for later!

Anytime I find something that's adorable AND on sale, I put them in our "hope closet"... It's just a closet I put all the cute things I find on SALE for a future little Wilkins. I know some day these sweet little things will get used!

Have you ever bought things and put them back for later use?
Ladies your gonna have to help me out here...Be honest now.... I hope at least a few of you have so my husband doesn't think I am the only crazy women that does this! HA

What A.....

.... BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND!!!!!!!

Okay really, could the weekend have been more perfect?
The weather was GREAT!
It's amazing what good weather will do to your mood.

Sarah and Stuart came over Friday night for game night.
We ate Mike's famous BBQ chicken and played a few games of Last Word and Mexican Train Dominos. Since it was The Creamers 5th wedding anniversary we thought it would be nice to let them win a few games! HA.....

This game was fun! It is harder than what you think but we had a blast playing it.
Saturday was defiantly a day you wouldn't want to waste. With the nice weather and all, I decided to get my toes flip flop ready! I went and got a fresh coat of paint on them.... this season I'm going with the new OPI color- Red My Fortune Cookie.
Seriously, where do they come up with those names?!

You can view all the new 2010 OPI colors by going to Nail Polish Diva and pick your "flavor" as Mike calls it! HA
On an even HAPPIER note.... there are only 10 schools days left until SPRING BREAK!! Oh the perks of being a teacher :)
I hope and pray the weather is nice and warm during our time off... I would hate to spend it all cooped up inside.

Have a great week ya'll.... unfortunately I think it's going to be a rainy one here in AR.
My poor kindergartners are not going to be happy!

Just Waiting

The Wait Poem
by Russell Kelfer

Desperately, helplessly, longingly, I cried;
Quietly, patiently, lovingly, God replied.
I pled and I wept for a clue to my fate...
and the Master so gently said,"Wait."

"Wait? you say wait?" my indignant reply.
"Lord, I need answers, I need to know why!
"Is your hand shortened? Or have you not heard?
By faith I have asked, and I'm claiming your Word.

My future and all to which I relate
hangs in the balance and you tell me to Wait?
"I'm needing a 'yes', a go-ahead sign.
Or even a 'no,' to which I'll resign.

You promised, dear Lord, that if we believe,
We need but to ask, and we shall receive.
Lord, I've been asking, and this is my cry:
I'm weary of asking! I need a reply.

Then quietly, softly, I learned of my fate
as my Master replied again, "Wait."
So I slumped in my chair, defeated and taut,
and grumbled to God, "So, I'm waiting...for what?"

He seemed then to kneel, and His eyes met with mine...
and He tenderly said, "I could give you a sign.
I could shake the heavens and darken the sun.
I could raise the dead and cause mountains to run.

I could give all you seek and pleased you would be.
You'd have what you want, but you wouldn't know Me.
You'd not know the depth of My love for each saint.
You'd not know the power that I give to the faint.

You'd not learn to see through clouds of despair;
You'd not learn to trust just by knowing I'm there.
You'd not know the joy of resting in Me
when darkness and silence are all you can see.

You'd never experience the fullness of love
when the peace of My spirit descends like a dove.
You would know that I give, and I save, for a start,
But you'd not know the depth of the beat of My heart.

The glow of My comfort late into the night,
the faith that I give when you walk without sight.
The depth that's beyond getting just what you ask
From an infinite God who makes what you have last.

You'd never know should your pain quickly flee,
what it means that My grace is sufficient for thee.
Yes, your dearest dreams overnight would come true,
but oh, the loss if I lost what I'm doing in you.

So, be silent, my child, and in time you will see
that the greatest of gifts is to truly know me.
And though oft My answers seem terribly late,
My most precious answer of all is still "WAIT".

The View

Did you watch The View today?.... I didn't and wished I had! Kelsey texted me today and said that I should of watched The View because it was ALL about INFERTILITY!
I would of DVRed that..... thank goodness for the internet! HA
I couldn't view the whole episode but did get bits and pieces.

So here ya go.... educate yourself people!

I am so glad they used infertility as a topic.
It affects more couples than you think and everyone (infertile or not) needs to know a little bit about it.
If you haven't struggled with infertility, being informed about it may help you be more understanding and a better friend to someone who is or has struggled with it.

A Wonderful Weekend

We survived another eventful weekend! We had Stuart and Sarah's gender reveal party Saturday morning and Junior Auxiliary Charity Ball Saturday night.
To be honest I'm still trying to recuperate from all of that! HA...
It was just a really LONG day for me, but definitely worth it!

It was fun to see everyone all dolled up!

I was SOOO excited to find out that The Creamer's are having a GIRL!
The reveal party was so fun and I'm glad we got to go.
I am not going to lie.... It was a little hard for me but they have been in our shoes and understand the struggle. Their time has come and I can't wait to meet their miracle.
Unfortunately our struggle still goes on and the desire gets even stronger.
We will continue to wait ever so patiently for our turn.

They had everything decorated all cutesy in pink and blue.
Mike was for team blue and I was for team pink!
The pups where even decked out in pink and blue onesies ! HA
So cute!

We are praying for good news this week. Mike and I go back to Tulsa to find out the results for my recurrent pregnancy loss blood panel. I am very nervous and just hoping and praying that everything is normal.

Hope you all have a great week!

Wild Weekend

Mike and I enjoyed our trip to Tulsa this past weekend.
We had our first doctors appointment at the Tulsa Fertility Center Friday and decided to stay and make a weekend of it!
Mike made our reservations at Double Tree Downtown for a suite.

The hotel was very nice but little did we know that the room he booked was a GHETTO SUITE!! HA
This picture doesn't do justice and I'm pretty sure this Murphy bed had hydraulics! HA
This would be the perfect "man" bed... no need to make it, just fold it back into the wall and no one would ever know.
I just couldn't do it.... I couldn't stay in that room ALL weekend. There were too many weird things about it and I just wanted a NORMAL room!

YAY for updated and remodeled rooms!!
I can sleep now!
We met our new doctor, Dr. Prough.
He was very nice and answered all of our questions!

After a LONG days worth of shopping and finding a dress for Charity Ball, we decided to eat at Joe's Crab Shack for dinner!! We had never eaten there and we really wanted seafood so Joe's it was!
(Sorry for the poor picture quality.. my camera died and I used my iphone)
My bibs on and I'm ready to eat some crablegs!
When we got back Sunday night we dropped off a couple of Valentines gifts to these cuties!
These boys look like they have had a few too many Botox injections.. HA....

Hope ya'll had a wonderful Valentine's Day!
